The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works, Which Include In Particular Renovation Of Bituminous Surfaces With Emulsion And Grit In The Spring And Autumn Periods.2. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Withdraw From The Execution Of The Contract In The Autumn Period If The Funds Are Used In The Spring Period. The Detailed Obligations Of The Contractor Towards The Ordering Party, In Particular: Rules For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order And Its Acceptance By The Ordering Party, Remuneration, Payment Deadlines, And The Amount Of Contractual Penalties Are Specified In Annex No. 8 To The Swz. Important Provisions Of The Contract.7. The Remuneration For The Subject Of The Contract Is A Cost Estimate And Settlement.8.
