The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Municipal Market In Góra Kalwaria - Plot No. 43, 44/2, 44/3, 45/2, 54/1, 54/2, 55, 56, 57, 58, 68/1, District 0501, Unit Possibly 141801_4 Góra Kalwaria, In Accordance With The Design Documentation And Decision No. 1772/2025 Of October 30, 2025, Along With Obtaining On Behalf Of The Ordering Party A Decision On The Permit To Use The Facility (Or Part Of It) In The Scope Of Works Covered By This Contract. The Task In Question Includes Works In The Scope Of: A) Division Of The Designed Area Into Zones: Covered Sales Stands, Sales Stands Unroofed, Retail Square, Parking Zone, Access Roads To The Market, Pedestrian Communication Routes, Green And Recreational Areas; B) Removal Of Conflicts With The Existing Power And Telecommunications Networks, In Accordance With The Technical Conditions For Removing The Interference; C) Performance Of Hydrotechnical Works; D) Implementation Of Electrical Power, Water And Sewage, Telecommunications Installations (Monitoring); E) Arrangement Of A Network Of Paths And Routes And Creation Pedestrian Communication Routes; F) Construction Of Parking Spaces For Market Users; G) Construction Of An Access Road To The Market Area - Ul. Piękna;H) Construction Of Foundations For 2 Shelters I) Construction Of Hardened Roads, Pedestrian And Pedestrian Routes And Commercial Areas;J) Planting Of Low And High Greenery K) Installation Of High And Low Lighting And Monitoring;L) Installation Of Small Architecture Structures;M) Installation Of A Drinking Water Fountain/Spring In The Market Area;N) Renovation Of The Toilet.
