A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz (Geological Works Design, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Bill Of Quantities, Decision Approving The Geological Works Design, Other Documents And Arrangements).5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Included In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz.
