Tenders Are Invited For Renovations Of Sidewalks, Parking Lots And Water Facilities In Toruń County For 2026

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Works Related To Current Repairs, Reconstruction Of Sidewalks, Parking Lots And Water Facilities In The Toruń County On The Basis Of Separate Orders (Typing Protocols) Specifying The Scope Of The Works. 2. The Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In Stwiorb/Sst, Drawings And Bills Of Quantities Constituting Attachments To This Swz. Construction Works Will Be Carried Out In 3 Scopes, I.E.: 1) Partial Renovations Of The Surface Of Sidewalks, Parking Lots (With An Area Of Less Than 50 M2 In One Location) And Water Facilities In The Toruń County; 2) Renovations/Modernization Of Paved Pedestrian Routes With An Area Of More Than 50 M2 For One Location In The Toruń County; 3) Hardening The Surface Of Cyclists Parking Areas Along With The Installation Of The Necessary Bicycle And Recreation Infrastructure On Area Of Toruń County;3. The Above-Mentioned Works Will Be Commissioned According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party, With Pzd Employees Specifying The Location In The Toruń County, The Size Of The Material Scope And The Deadline For Completion.4. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Start Performing The Works Specified In The Order Within The Following Dates: 1) The Contractor Is Obliged To Start The Works Ordered By The Ordering Party Within No More Than 3 Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Order Sent By Fax Or E-Mail, 2) The Ordering Party Obliges The Contractor To Start Works Related To The Removal Of Places Threatening The Safety Of Life Or Property Within 6 Hours From The Moment Of Accepting The Telephone Notification Sent By Ordering Party.5. The Contractor Should Have: A Landline Telephone And A Mobile Phone For Direct Communication With The Contractor - The Person Who Repairs The Failure - Indicated As The Contact Person In The Contract. The Completed Works Will Be Accepted By The Ordering Party After Prior Notification Of Readiness By The Contractor. The Document Confirming Acceptance Will Be A Protocol Signed By The Ordering Party, Which Will Also Be The Basis For The Contractor To Issue An Invoice, To Which The Contractor Will Attach An As-Built Cost Estimate. 6. The Scope Of Construction Works Includes: 1) Securing The Renovation Site, 2) Development And Approval Of A Temporary Traffic Organization Project - If Required. 3) Proper Road Works, Including The Installation Of Bicycle Infrastructure Elements Provided By The Ordering Party, 4) Tidying Up The Adjacent Area After The Works Are Completed, 5) Recultivation Of Green Areas Damaged During The Works7. The Detailed Estimated Scope Of Works To Be Performed Is Specified In The Offer Cost Estimates/Bills Of Quantities - An Attachment To The Swz.
