The Materials Delivered And Used By The Contractor Should Meet The Quality Requirements For Products Approved For Trading And Use In Construction, Specified In Article 10 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1847). The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Must Be Also In Accordance With All Legal Acts Applicable To The Subject Of The Order, With Technical And Construction Regulations, Applicable Standards And Guidelines.
