The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Scenarios And Recording Of 23 Instructional Films (Animation Combined With A Screencast) Based On The Substantive Materials Provided By The Ordering Party Regarding The Ezd Rp System (Hereinafter Referred To As: Preparation Of Instructional Films). A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter: Sopz) Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz And In The Contract Template, The Template Of Which Is Annex No. 7 To The Swz. (Hereinafter: Agreement Template Or Agreement). Order Completion Date: The Subject Of The Agreement Will Be Implemented In Stages - In Accordance With Annex No. 1 To Swz-Sopz And According To The Schedule Established At The Meeting Initiating Cooperation, In Accordance With § 2 Section 3-4 Of The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Agreement, I.E. All Tasks Constituting The Subject Of The Agreement, Together With The Acceptance Procedure, Will Be Completed Within 50 Business Days From The Conclusion Of The Agreement. The Service Should Commence Within 3 Business Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement.
