The Subject Of The Order Covered By This Procedure Is To Act As The Investors Supervision Inspector During The Performance Of Construction Works In The Implementation Of Investments Indicated By The Ordering Party, The Investor Of Which Is The Ełk Commune, In The Following Industries: Construction, Electrical, Sanitary, Road, Telecommunications, Bridge Engineering, Hydrotechnical Engineering. The Basic Tasks Of The Investor Supervision Inspector Are: A) Investor Supervision Resulting From Articles 25 And 26 Of The Construction Law, B) Investor Supervision Carried Out In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Agreement, C) Maintaining Reporting Documentation Resulting From The Scope Of The Function, D) Participation In Committees And Technical Meetings Organized By The Ordering Party And The Contractor, E) Written Analysis Of The Design Solutions Presented In The Documentation Design Prepared By The Contractor In Terms Of Compliance With Regulations, Functionality, And Construction Materials Intended For Use.
