The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Removal Of Products Containing Asbestos From The Area Of ​​The Łowicz Commune (From Indicated Properties Located In The Łowicz Commune), Carried Out As Part Of The Task: Removal Of Products Containing Asbestos From The Area Of ​​The Łowicz Commune In 2025 Co-Financed By The Provincial Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management In Łódź.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Removal Of Asbestos-Containing Products Lying On Properties Located In The Łowicz Commune Belonging To Natural Persons, By Securing, Loading And Transporting Them, As Well As Depositing And Neutralizing Them In A Hazardous Waste Landfill. 3. The Estimated Amount Of Asbestos-Containing Products Lying On Properties, According To The Requests Of Property Owners, Is 711.54 Mg. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Limiting The Scope Of The Order And Indicates That The Minimum Amount Of Services Provided By The Parties, Which Will Be Entrusted To The Contractor Under The Concluded Contract, Will Be No Less Than 70% Of The Estimated Quantity Of Asbestos-Containing Products Expected To Be Accepted, I.E.: 498.08 Mg. 4. The Estimated Number Of Products Containing Asbestos In Individual Towns In The Łowicz Commune Is Indicated In Chapter 4, Point 4.3 Of The Swz.
