I.E.: Maintenance [Ks] + Application Service [Sa] + Evaluation [Ew] + Consultations [Ka] For The Settlements With Payers Module + Operational Supervision [Ne] Performed For 24 Days (168 Hours) During The Duration Of The Contract And Motor Database Service [Sbd] (The List Of Licenses Covered By The Service, The Scope And Procedures For Implementing The Mentioned Service Services Are Specified In Annexes 1 - 3 To The Draft Contract). As Part Of The Provision Of The Service In Question, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Website With The Functionality Described Below, Along With An Indication Of Its Internet Address And Data Enabling The Ordering Party To Authenticate On A Demo Account On This Website That Meets The Ordering Partys Requirements, I.E.: 1) Sending Error Service Reports And Consultations In The Field Of Application Software, 2) Feedback On The Status Of Handling Of Sent Requests, 3) Access To The Content Of Historical Service Requests Sent By The Ordering Party Over The Last 12 Months, 4) Knowledge Base Containing Data At Least 12 Months In The Scope Of: Training Materials Regarding The Work Of The Software Serviced By The Contractor, 5) Ongoing Publication Of All Information About New System Updates, Important Messages And Automatic Sending Of This Information To The E-Mail Boxes Provided By The Ordering Party Of Selected Employees Of The Ordering Party Responsible For Handling The Contract On The Ordering Partys Side, 6) Http Website Or Ftp Server Where All Updates Of The Application Software Are Posted To The Extent Appropriate To The Scope Of The Software Owned By The Ordering Party, As Well As Instructions For Users.4. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Subject Of The Order Is The Service And Maintenance Of The Currently Used Medical It System, Which Is A Compact And Integrated System Within One Database Engine. Dividing The Contract Into Tasks Would Result In Excessive Technical Difficulties And Costs Of Contract Execution, As Well As The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Various Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Contract. 5.
