1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Repeated Liquidation Of Illegal Waste Dumps In The City And Commune Of Słubice In The Province During The Term Of The Contract. Lubuskie, After Each Notification By The Ordering Party.2. The Service Is Of An Interventional And Successive Nature And Will Be Performed Each Time On The Basis Of A Telephone Notification From The Ordering Party, Provided After Receiving Information From Residents Or The City Guard About An Illegal Landfill.3. Implementation Takes Place Each Time The Location Of Waste Is Reported.4. The Amount Of Waste Within A Single Order May Vary And Range From Several Kilograms (E.G. 3 Kg) To Several Dozen Kilograms (E.G. 50 Kg).5. The Estimated Total Amount Of Waste To Be Removed During The Term Of The Contract Is Approximately 100 Tons And Is Indicative. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Compensation Claims For Reducing Its Quantity.6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Scope Of Duties Can Be Found In The Contract Template, Which Is Annex No. 4 To Swz.7. The Order Is Not Divided Into Parts. This Is An Order With A Low Order Value Below The Eu Thresholds. The Terms Of The Procedure And The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Do Not Hinder The Ability Of Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises To Participate
