The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of The Service Entitled: Winter Maintenance Of District Roads Located In Nowodworski County, In The Winter Season 2026 In The Months Of March, November And December, Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Of The Order In This Swz.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Winter Road Maintenance For Part No. 1, Ostaszewo Commune - 53.05 Km2) Estimated Number Of Equipment Operating Hours - For Part No. 1, Ostaszewo Commune - 162 H3. The Subject Of The Order (For Each Part) Includes, Among Others: The Scope Listed Below: 1) Snow Removal; 2) Black Ice Control In Standards Appropriate For Individual Roads And Areas, As Well As On-Call Duties And The Use Of Heavy Equipment.4. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offer For Parts (1-4) Covers The Entire Subject Of The Order Included In Section 3.5. The Ordering Party Divides It Into 4 Parts And Thus Allows The Submission Of Partial Offers.6. The Ordering Party Requires The Gross Price Expressed In Polish Zlotys For 1 Hour Of Operation Of Each Equipment For Snow Removal And/Or Sprinkling With Salt And Sand Mixture For Individual Parts.7. The Ordering Party Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Employees Directly Related To Driving A Tractor Or A Truck Equipped With A Plow, A Vehicle Weighing Up To 2 T Equipped With A Plow And Operating A Device For Loading The Salt And Sand Mixture.
