The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase, Delivery And Installation Of It Equipment With Software As Part Of The Project Cybersecure Local Government At The Commune Office In Gubin, In Accordance With The Requirements Contained In Annex No. 1 To The Swz And Includes The Following. Elements: 1) Hci Virtualization Server - 1 Pc.2) Log Server - 1 Pc.3) Type I Power Generator - 1 Pc.4) Ups Device. 20Kva – 1 Pc.5) Utm Class Devices – 1 Pc.6) Nas - Network-Attached –Storage – 2 Pcs.7) Support From Cybersecurity Experts – 1 Pc.8) ​​Software Ensuring Login Security – 1 Pc.2. If The Origin (Brand, Trademark, Manufacturer, Supplier) Of Materials Or Standards, Approvals, Specifications And Systems Referred To In Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Materials Or Equivalent Solutions Provided That They Guarantee The Correct Implementation Of Deliveries And Ensure That Technical Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Above-Mentioned Procurement Documents. 3. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law If The Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract Include A Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, And Such References Were Not Accompanied By The Expression Or Equivalent, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In Each Such Standard, Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specification, Technical Reference System. Due To The Above, It Should Be Assumed That Each Standard, Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specification, Technical Reference System Appearing In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. 4. All Criteria And Features Described In Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Set Minimum Standards That The Offered Product Or Service Must Meet. 5. The Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Materials, Products Or Services Proposed By Him Meet (Are Equivalent) The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide In The Offer The Names (Types, Types) And Contractors (Producers/Service Providers) Accepted For Valuation And Use In The Execution Of The Order Of The Offered Materials, Products Or Services, And To Submit Appropriate Documents (In Polish) Describing The Technical Parameters And The Contractor (Manufacturer/Service Provider), Certificates Required By Law And Other Documents Allowing It To Clearly State That They Are Actually Equivalent.
