The Subject Of The Order Includes The Construction Of A Pocket Park With Accompanying Infrastructure, A Closed Retention Reservoir, A Fountain And Small Architectural Objects As Part Of The Task Adaptation Of The City Of Dębica To Climate Change. Investment Location - Plots No. 302, 303/1, 303/4, 304/2, District 0004 Dębica. When Implementing The Order, The Contractor Undertakes To Comply With The Dnsh Principle (Do No Significant Harm, I.E. Do Not Cause Serious Damage). The Ordering Party Provides For Requirements Related To Green Procurement: • Limiting The Use Of Plant Protection Products And Using Alternative Pest Control Techniques • Purchasing, Whenever Possible, Native Ornamental Plants Produced Using Ecological Methods• Purchasing Products Delivered In Compostable, Reusable Or Biodegradable Packaging• Avoiding The Use Of Peat As A Soil Improver• Using Various Measures To Reduce Water Demand, Such As Mulching, Arranging Plants According To Their Water Needs Or Selecting Adapted/Native Ornamental Plantsthe Performance Of The Above-Mentioned Duties Will Be Verified By The Supervisory Inspector. In Addition, The Ordering Party Recommends:• Using Compost From Separately Collected Waste As Soil Improver And Fertilizer, Using Strict Quality Controls• Using Non-Potable Water Wherever Possible, Delivering Water Directly To The Root Zone Whenever Possible• Avoiding Watering The Surface During The Warmest Hours Of The Day When Evaporation Is Highest, Especially In Summer• Applying Preventive Measures To Control Peat And Control Invasive Alien Species• Ensuring Separate Collection Of Waste And Treatment Of Organic Waste For Composting And Mulching Purposesin The Documentation Technical Specifications For The Separator Of Petroleum Substances Include C 40/50 Class Concrete.
