A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Scope Of Work And The Method And Conditions Of Implementation And Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In: A) Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz Entitled: Renovation Of Sports Fields And Their Equipment At The Primary School No. 148 At Ul. Ożarowska 69 In Warsaw, Prepared By The Design Office Architekt Joanna Wójcik Ul. Kondratowicza 63B, Lok. 24, 03-285 Warszawa. The Design Documentation Includes The Following Documents: - Executive Design; - Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works; - Bill Of Quantities, Used For Information/Auxiliary Purposes, B) Designed Provisions Of The Contract - Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 6 To Swz.4. In The Proceedings In Question, The Ordering Party Applies The Social Clause Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party Requires That The Persons Carrying Out The Subject Of The Order And Performing Activities Related To General Construction Works Are Employed By The Contractor Or Subcontractor, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended). Detailed Requirements Regarding The Method Of Documenting And Verifying The Employment Of These People, As Well As The Ordering Partys Rights To Control This Employment And Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements, Are Included In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 6 To Swz.5. Information On The Division/Lack Of Division Of The Contract Into Parts.
