4.3. The Order Includes: A) External Construction Works: Including Demolition, Building Walls, Roof Assembly, External Carpentry, B) Internal Construction Works: Including Demolition, Erection Of Partition Walls, Installation Of Windows And Doors, C) Execution Of Water And Sewage / Central Heating / Electricity / Gas / Other Installations, D) Finishing Works: Including Laying Floors, Laying Tiles In Kitchens And Bathrooms And Assembly Of Sanitary Equipment, Preparation Of Surfaces And Painting, Adaptation To The Needs Of Disabled People (In Accordance With The Act On Ensuring Accessibility). The Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With Construction Practice, In Compliance With Polish Standards, Technical Conditions - In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of April 12, 2002 On The Technical Conditions To Be Met By Buildings And Their Location.
