1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Pruning, Removal Of Trees, Shrubs And Perennials As Well As Planting Trees, Shrubs And Perennials In The City Of Katowice, Within The Building Operations Departments (Oeb) Managed By The Ordering Party. The Services Will Concern In Particular: 1) Sanitary And Formative Cuts And Technical Cuts Of Trees - I.E. Cutting Branches Or Boughs And Securing Wounds, As Well As Thorough Cleaning Of The Work Area And Removal Of The Resulting Waste To A Place Permitted By Law; 2) Tree Cutting - I.E. Cutting Down A Tree At Least 15 Cm Below The Ground Surface, Backfilling The Excavation With Soil To The Ground Level, Cutting The Trunk And Branches, Thoroughly Cleaning The Work Area And Transporting The Branches And Trunks Of Cut Trees And Waste To The Place Permitted By Law; 3) Removal Of Scrap And Falling Waste - I.E. Removing Them At Least 15 Cm Below The Ground Surface, Backfilling The Excavation With Soil To The Ground Level, Thoroughly Cleaning The Work Area And Removing Branches And Stumps As Well As The Resulting Waste To A Place Permitted By Law; 4) Clearing - I.E. Digging Out And Removing The Tree Roots, Backfilling The Excavation With Soil To The Ground Level, Thoroughly Cleaning The Work Area And Transporting The Stump And The Resulting Waste To A Place Permitted By Law; 5) Milling - I.E. Mechanical Removal Of The Remains Of The Roots And Trunk, Backfilling The Excavation With Soil To The Ground Level, Thorough Cleaning Of The Work Area And Removal Of Stumps And The Resulting Waste To The Place Permitted By Law, 6) Removal Of Shrubs And Perennials - I.E. Excavation And Removal Of The Bushes And Perennials Together With The Roots, Backfilling The Excavation With Soil To The Ground Level, Collecting Branches, Thorough Cleaning Of The Work Area And Removal Of The Resulting Waste To Place Permitted By Law; 7) Forming And Trimming Rows Of Trees And Shrubs, I.E. Cutting Off Branches Or Shoots, Thoroughly Cleaning The Work Area And Transporting The Resulting Waste To A Place Permitted By Law; 8) Planting Trees, Shrubs And Perennials, Bushes In The Form Of Hedges - I.E. Purchasing Seedlings And Transporting Them To The Work Site (Except For §3¹ Section 1 Letter B Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract), Preparing The Ground, Planting And Protecting Them Against Destruction; 9) Caring For The Planted Seedlings, I.E. Ad Hoc Replenishment Of Stolen And Devastated Stakes, Securing The Plants, Weeding, Removing Suckers In Order To Create A Proper Crown, Watering The Seedlings With A Frequency Adapted To Weather Conditions, If There Is A Need For Protection Against Diseases And Pests (Insecticide Sprays), Fertilizing And Replacing Dead Plant Material, For A Period Of 12 Months From Planting The Seedlings; 10) Issuing Dendrological Opinions, I.E. Assessing The Actual State Of Health Of The Tree, Both Through External Inspection, I.E. Using The Visual Method (Vta) And Examining The Interior Of
