The Subject Of The Order Includes The Provision Of Funeral Services. Part I Of The Subject Of The Order Includes Traditional Burials - The Provision Of Funeral Services For Deceased Persons For Whom The Social Welfare Center Of The Mokotów District Of The Capital City Of Warsaw Warsaw Is Obliged To Arrange A Funeral, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 17 Section 1 Point 15 And Art. 44 Of The Act Of 12 March 2004 On Social Assistance (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1214, As Amended), Art. 10 Section 3 Of The Act Of January 31, 1959 On Cemeteries And Burial Of The Dead (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1590, As Amended) And Resolution No. Lx/1840/2009 Of The Capital City Council. Warsaw Of August 27, 2009 On The Rules For Conducting Funerals And The Reimbursement Of Funeral Costs Carried Out By The Capital City Warsaw (Journal Of Laws Of The Maz. Voivodeship No. 143, Item 4339), As Amended By Resolution No. Respecting The Dignity Of The Deceased And Their Families, In Accordance With The Norms And Customs Adopted In This Regard And In Accordance With The Provisions Set Out In The Act Of January 31, 1959 On Cemeteries And Burial Of The Dead And The Implementing Provisions To This Act. Due To The Specific Nature Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Is The Provision Of Funeral Services And The Resulting Impossibility Of Precisely Estimating The Number Of Burials, The Ordering Party Sets Their Number At 90 Traditional Burials For Part I Of The Subject Order. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Fulfill The Order For A Maximum Of 50% Of Traditional Burials In Part I Of The Subject Of The Order. The Execution Of The Order Depends On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim In This Respect. The Detailed Subject Of The Order And The Terms Of Execution Of The Order Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Order (Opz), Constituting Annex No. 6A To The Swz And In The Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 7A To The Swz.
