I. Description Of The Subject Of The Agreement For Task No. 1: Repair And Maintenance Services Of Electrical Devices And Installations At The Ordering Partys Technological Facilities1. Subject Of The Contract The Subject Of The Contract Are Electrical Services Provided To Ensure Continuity Of Power Supply And Electrical Efficiency Of Devices Operating In Technological Traffic.2. Material Scope Of Servicesthe Scope Of The Contract Includes In Particular: 1. Locating And Repairing Power Failures In Technological Facilities, 2. Repairs And Maintenance Of Electrical Devices Operating In Technological Traffic, 3. Maintaining The Electrical Efficiency Of Machines And Devices, Including Electric Motors, 4. Troubleshooting Of Electrical Installations Supplying Technological Devices, 5. Replacement And Repair Of Power Supply System Elements, In Particular: ◦ Cables, ◦ Protections, ◦ Contactors, ◦ Switches, ◦ Switchgears, 6. Checking The Correct Operation Of Electrical Protections, The Condition Of Cables (No Damage, Abrasions), Protection Against Moisture 7. Restoring Proper Operation Of Devices After Power Failures Or Network Disruptions, 8. Performing Measurements And Settings Of Electrical Protections In Accordance With The Rated Data Of The Devices And The Technical And Operational Documentation (Dtr), 9. Conducting Regular Inspections And Maintenance Of Electrical Devices 10. Starting To Repair The Failure Within The Period Declared In The Offer Form, But Not Later Than 2 Hours From The Time Of Effective Reporting And (Regardless Of The Season) Removing Them No Later Than Within 8 Hours. 11. The Failure Removal Deadline Does Not Apply In The Event Of Circumstances Beyond The Contractors Control, In Particular: A) Interruptions In The Supply Of Electricity Caused By The Actions Of The Distribution System Operator, B) Force Majeure Events, C) Inability To Carry Out Work Due To Reasons Attributable To The Ordering Party Or Third Parties. D) In Such Cases, The Contractor Is Obliged To Immediately Take Protective Measures And Cooperate With The Ordering Party In Order To Limit The Effects Of The Failure.2. Facilities Covered By The Contract1. The Services Will Be Provided At The Ordering Partys Operational Technological Facilities, In Particular: A) Sewage Treatment Plants - 7 Facilities, B) Sewage Pumping Stations - 100 Facilities, C) Hydrophore Plants (Aksuw, Aps) - 11 Facilities, D) Deep Wells - 15 Facilities.3. Method Of Implementation And Settlement1. Settlement Of Services Is Based On The Delivery And Acceptance Protocol, Confirmed By An Authorized Representative Of The Ordering Party.2. Settlement Is Made On A Monthly Basis, Based On A Vat Invoice, Each Time Accompanied By The Document Referred To In Section 1.3.
