Part No. 1. Delivery Of Teaching Aids.1. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Assortment And Price Form - Attached As Annex No. 2 To Swz.2. Guarantee And Warranty. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Warranty And Guarantee For The Entire Subject Of The Order For A Period Of 24 Months (However, The Warranty Period Cannot Be Shorter Than The Warranty Granted By The Equipment Manufacturer) Counting From The Date Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Contract. 3. All Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Pzp.4 Act. Whenever In The Swz And Its Annexes, The Subject Of The Order Indicates The Manufacturers Name, Trademark, Patent Or Origin, Or Possibly A Brand Or Trade Name That Characterizes The Products Supplied By A Specific Entity, It Only Serves To Determine The Quality Standard Of The Product That Is The Subject Of The Order, And Does Not Indicate A Specific Product Or Manufacturer, And It Should Be Understood That The Indicated Manufacturers Name, Trademark, Patent, Origin, Brand Or Trade Name Is Accompanied By The Word Or Equivalent.4.1. If The Technical Specification Contains Registered Names, Trademarks, Brands Or Trade Names Of Manufacturers Or Products, In Accordance With Art. 99 Of The Public Procurement Law, It Is Allowed To Offer Products Equivalent To Those Required, Provided That The Contractor Fully Guarantees That The Parameters Will Not Be Lower Than Those Described In The Specification.4.2. The Names Used In The Specification Should Be Treated As Information About The Expected Quality Standard, Features And Functions Of A Given Item Of Equipment, And Not As A Product Necessary For Use. 4.3. The Contractors Obligation To Demonstrate Product Equivalence Is An Obligation Arising From The Public Procurement Law And May Be Fulfilled In Any Way That Allows The Ordering Party To Clearly Determine The Compliance Of The Offered Products With The Requirements Specified In Swz.4.4. Equivalence Should Be Demonstrated At The Stage Of Submitting Offers If The Contractor Offers Equivalent Products.4.5. If The Contractor Offers Equivalent Solutions, They Should Be Presented Together With The Offer, E.G. By Attaching Catalog Cards, Technical Descriptions, Certificates Or Other Documents Confirming Compliance With The Requirements. 4.6.
