That, On December 22, 2025, Mr. Orlando Venegas Verdugo, Administrative Deputy Director, Proceeded To Verify On The Portal Www.Mercadopublico.Cl The Availability Of The Goods Or Services Required In The Framework Agreement Catalogs Existing On The Aforementioned Virtual Page, Being Able To Verify That These Are Not Available Or The Established Commercial Conditions Are Not Favorable For The Needs Of This Hospital, Therefore It Is Appropriate To Carry Out This Public Procurement Procedure Through The Public Tender Modality, As Prescribed In Article 30, Of The Regulation Of Law No. 19,886, Of Bases On Administrative Contracts For The Supply And Provision Of Services, Modernized By Law No. 21,634, Published On December 11, 2023, And Its Regulations, Approved By Decree No. 6612024, Of The Ministry Of Finance.
