Bidders Shall State “Yes” For Compliance Or State The Deviation. Information Relating To The Deviation May Accompany This Document Including A Separate Cover Letter And Shall State The Page And Section For Ease Of Reference.The Specifications Shall Be Answered On The Forms Provided Or The Bid Will Be Disqualified.
