With This Request For Tenders, Lahti Tilakeskus Is Looking For Framework Arrangement Partners For Plumbing And Ventilation Works. The Framework Contract Will Be Concluded With The Four Best-Placed Contractors In The Tender. If There Are Four Or Fewer Bidders, The Bidders Who Meet All The Eligibility Requirements And Have Submitted A Bid In Accordance With The Request For Bids Will Be Selected For The Framework Arrangement. All Units Operating With The City Of Lahtis Y-Id (0149669–3) Can Use This Service. The Procured Works Are Mainly Small Or Minor Maintenance And Upkeep Works As Well As Repair, Adjustment And Modification Works, The Duration And Extent Of Which Vary By Site. In 2024, There Were Approx. 500 Small Assignments Based On Service Requests In The Maintenance Book. The Procurement Includes On-Call. The Contractor Ranked First In The Order Of Priority Is Obliged To Perform On-Call Work In Accordance With The Required Response Time. The Work Is Mainly Performed By The Hour. In Accordance With The Procurement Documents, The Customer Can Also Use Simplified Tendering Between The Contract Partners. Making Individual Purchases During The Contract Period Is Described In More Detail In The Draft Framework Contract. The Contractor Must Commit To The Fact That Some Of The Work Can Be Subordinated As A Subordinate Side Contract To Other Contracts Commissioned By The Client. Larger Individual Construction Projects Are Tendered Separately By The Client, And They Are Not Covered By This Framework Arrangement. The Customer Reserves The Right To Determine Whether A Procedure Based On A Framework Arrangement Will Be Used In The Procurement Or Whether It Will Be Tendered Separately. The Customer Is Not Bound To Purchase In Quantity, And The Contract Does Not Give The Contractor An Exclusive Right To Carry Out The Procurement.
