Lastentalo Is A New Building Located On The Grounds Of The Honkalampi Center, Where The 24-Hour Service Housing Unit For Underage Disabled Customers, As Defined By Section 21C Of The Social Welfare Act, Operates. The House Has Apartments For 14 Customers, Which Are Divided Into Two Functionally Separate Parts Of Seven Apartments, As Well As The Common Spaces Of The House. Permanent Support/Long-Term Housing Service Is Organized In One Part Of The Building With Seven Apartments, And Temporary/Short-Term Housing/Care Is Organized In The Other Part Of Seven Apartments. Each Functional Complex Of Seven Apartments Is Further Divided Into Two Functionally Independent Parts, Groups Of Four And Three Apartments. The House As A Whole Contains Four Functionally Independent Small Group Homes, Assembled Into Two Separate Entities, Each Of Which, In Addition To The Apartments, Has Kitchen And Living Areas Shared By The Residents Of The Respective Small Group Home.
