To Optimize The Use Of Staras Resources In Accordance With Seasonal Changes And To Improve The Capabilities To Meet The Citys Growing Needs. The Procurement Will Establish A Framework Arrangement For Which Several Service Providers Will Be Selected, However, If Sufficient Acceptable Offers Are Received. The Employees Provided By The Service Provider Must Have Sufficient And Verifiable Competence To Perform The Tasks Properly. Task-Specific Competence Must Be Demonstrated With Sector-Specific Training Certificates Or Sufficient Work Experience. As An Hourly Charge. The Client Uses A Comparison Tool Based On Quantities And Unit Prices. When Bidding On Total Contracts, The Client Requests A Quote For The Specified Part Of The Project. If Requested, The Work Machines And Equipment Required For The Work Must Meet The Requirements Of The Stage Iv Charge The Lowest Overall Price Is Used As A Priority. The Notification Is Binding If The Service Provider Informs The Customer That They Will Give A Quote For The Offered Package, The Customer Must Notify The Service Provider Of The Offer Acceptance, Rejection Or The Need To Negotiate The Offer Price Or Other Terms Of The Offer Within Five Working Days Of Receiving The Contractors Offer. The Final Quantities May Differ From The Estimated Ones, And Their Changes Do Not Affect The Unit Prices.
