Framework Agreement For Multifunction Machine (Mfp) - Lease . Descriptionthe Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Establish A Standardized And Cost-Effective Hardware Solution For Copying, Printing And Scanning In The Ofa Collaboration. The Acquisition Includes The Rental Of Multifunction Machines (Mfp) Which Will Support Secure Printing And Be Fully Compatible With The Clients Chosen Software For Printing And Document Handling. This Applies To Controlsuite During The Transition Period And Papercut As A Future Joint Solution. The Software Is Not Part Of This Framework Agreement. The Machine Park Must Be Environmentally Friendly, User-Friendly And Easy To Administer, And Facilitate Efficient Operation Throughout The Contract Period. The Lease Must Include All Necessary Service And Maintenance, So That The Client Is Not Charged With Other Costs Than Those Stated In The Tender Documents. The Framework Agreement Shall Give The Clients An Option Per Machine For The Acquisition Of Smaller Printers And Plotters.
