The Subject Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of The Following Activities For The Site: Activity I - Investment Design - Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Design Phase For All Necessary Parts For The Implementation Of Construction And Installation Works On The Site, Including Coordination Of The Prepared Investment Project With All Competent Authorities And Operating Companies To The Point Of Readiness For Awarding The Performance Of A Compliance Assessment According To Art. 142, Para. 6 Of The Zut And Issuing A Building Permit Activity Ii - Implementation Of The Construction And Installation Works, According To The Investment Project Prepared By The Contractor And Agreed And Approved In The Relevant Order, Quantities And Types Of Smr And All Activities Reflected In The Technical Specification; The Proposal For Execution Of The Order And The Price Proposal. Activity Iii - Exercising Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of The Cmr Of The Site - The Contractor Exercises Authors Supervision During Construction Through The Relevant Designers - Natural Persons Entitled To Perform Authors Supervision On The Relevant Parts Of The Project, According To Art. 162, Para. 2 Of The Spatial Planning Act And Its By-Laws. The Activities Subject To The Order Will Be Carried Out In Relation To The Roof Of A Building, Intended For Culture And Education - A Community Center, The Same Is Massive On 4 Main Levels, A Basement Floor And A Partial Under-Roof, With A Total Built-Up Area: 4150 Sq.M (Of Which 1584 Sq.M - Basement).
