Tenders Are Invited For Selection Of A Contractor For The Exercise Of Construction Supervision During The Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works For The Reconstruction And Rehabilitation Of Streets On The Territory Of The City Of Krichim
The Basis For Awarding The Public Contract Is The Need For A Licensed Consultant To Exercise Construction Supervision During The Reconstruction And Rehabilitation Of The Street Network In The City Of Krichim On The Following Street Sections: Nikola Petkov Street (From The Intersection With Alexander Stamboliyski Blvd. To The Intersection With Republic Road 111-8602); Varna Street; Roundabout On Vasil Levski St. (Intersection Of Varna St., Lilyana Dimitrova St. And Alexander Stamboliyski Blvd.). The Intention Of The Municipality Of Krichim Is To Reconstruct And Rehabilitate The Street Network In The Above-Mentioned Sections, In Accordance With The Design Decisions Given In The Approved Investment Project. The Purpose Of The Implementation Of The Projects Is, According To The Current Regulatory Requirements, To Improve The Transport And Operational Qualities And Increase The Bearing Capacity Of The Pavement, As Well As To Ensure The Stability Of The Structure, Conditions For Traffic Safety And Good Drainage In The Areas Subject To The Award. Main Activities In The Execution Of The Public Procurement: Exercise Of Construction Supervision During Construction, According To Art. 166 Of The Law On Territorial Planning (Zut). The Scope Of Construction Supervision Activities During Construction Is According To Art. 168 Of The Zut, Including Coordination Of The Construction Process Until The Site Is Put Into Operation. Fulfilling The Function Of Safety And Health Coordinator, According To Ordinance No. 2 Of 22.03.2004 On The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety Working Conditions In The Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works. Preparation Of A Technical Passport According To Art. 176A Of The Zut And Ordinance No. 5/ 28.12.2006 And Preparation Of A Final Report Under Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Zut
