Delivery Of Pre-Insulated Pipes, Shaped Parts And Components For Them For The Needs Of Heating - Burgas Ad Described In Appendix No. 1 Of The Technical Specification. The Delivery Is Not One-Time, But Periodic For The Duration Of The Contract At The Request Submitted In Advance By The Contracting Authority, Depending On His Needs. The Specified Quantities Are Estimated, Approximately Necessary For The Entire Period Of The Contract And Are Indicated Only For The Purpose Of Determining The Estimated Value Of The Public Procurement. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Order Pipes And Elements Other Than Those Listed In Appendix No. 1 Of The Technical Specification, As Well As Not To Order The Full Amount Listed In The Appendix. Failure To Order Any Of Them Does Not Create An Obligation For The Employer To Pay A Price, Remuneration, Sanctions And/Or Fines For Lost Or Changed Quantities.
