The Scope Of The Project Envisages Ongoing Repair Of The Premises, The Roof And Replacement Of Windows And Doors. Built-Up Area Of The Building - 262.75 Sq. M.; Built-Up Visor Area - 237.00 Sq. M. All Premises Are Subject To Repair, And The Types Of Work Are Indicated In The Bill Of Quantities. The Existing Windows And Doors Will Be Completely Replaced With Pvc / Triple Glazing / Windows According To The Standards Of Bds And Fire Requirements. The Thermal Insulation Of The Existing Building Will Be Replaced Externally In Order To Improve The Energy Efficiency Of The Premises. It Is Planned To Build A Visor To The Existing Stands. A Steel Structure Was Chosen. Ongoing Repair Of The Irrigation System Is Planned. Delivery And Installation Of A New Pitch On The Field And Delivery And Installation Of New 245 Pcs. Seats For The Stands. Construction Category - Ivth Category - On The Basis Of Art. 137, Para. 1, Item 4 B Of Zut And Art. 8, Para. 4 Of Ordinance No. 1/2003 On The Nomenclature Of Construction Types. The Contracting Authority Has A Technical Investment Project In Parts: Architecture, Geodesy, Constructions (For A Steel Visor Above The Stadium Tribune), Energy Efficiency And Fire Safety.
