Notifications Must Be Delivered Within A Maximum Period Of 3 Days From The Draw, According To Article 27.2 Of The Organic Law Of The General Electoral System (Loreg).- Notification Attempts: Shauran Establish A Minimum Of 2 Delivery Attempts At Different Times.- Management Of Undelivered: Return Failed Notifications To The City Hall Immediately, Leaving Notice At The Address Of The Holder, So That They Can Collect At The Municipal Departments.- Accreditation Of Delivery: Use Of Electronic Devices (Pda) Or Similar To Collect The Signature Of The Recipient Or Authorized Person, Data And/Or Record Of Incidents.- Daily Recording And Sending Of The Result Of Each Notification.- Information Return: This Will Be Telematic With Results And Incidents, And Physically Of The Notifications, Daily. - Have A Person Responsible For The Awarded Company; For The Exchange Of Information, Documentation And Possible Daily Incidents Every Morning.
