The Corporate Services Management Division (Csmd) Within The Ministry Of The Attorney General (The Ministry) Is Seeking To Procure A Vendor To Update The Ministry’S Architectural Design Standards For Courthouses In The Province Of Ontario And Amalgamate All Supplementary Guidelines And Best Practices. Scope Of Work The Objective Of This Rfb Is To Invite Prospective Bidders To Submit Bids For The Updating, Consolidating And Editing Of The Ministry’S Design Standards. The Standards Will Be Written In English And French With A Digital Accessible Version. The Updated Guideline Will In In Two Volumes: Volume 1: Public Document Based On The 1999 Ministry’S Architectural Design Standards For Ontario Courthouses (Ads), And Consolidating All Non-Security Related Standards, Guidelines, Best Practices, Incorporating Elements Of Court Innovations And Justice Accelerated Strategy, And Lessons Learned From Recent Projects. The Ads Is To Be Written In A Simpler And Easy To Understand Language/Format And 3D Illustrations. Volume 2: Architectural Design Technical Standards For Ontario Courthouses Is To Be A Technical Document Containing Specific Information On The Engineering, Security, Audio-Visual, Technologies, Space Layouts And Room Data Sheets, And Specifications To Supplement Mag - Architectural Design Standards For Ontario Courthouses, 2026 (Volume 1). The Term Of The Agreement To Complete The Updated Ads Will Be 24 Months.
