The Client Must Have The Opportunity For The Face-To-Face Therapy He Needs. The Commitment To Face-To-Face Therapy Applies To The Service Provider, Not Every Therapist Named In The Contract. The Provider Is Not Obliged To Commit To Providing The Service As Remote Rehabilitation Or A Combination Of Face-To-Face Therapy Visits And Remote Rehabilitation. By Submitting An Offer, The Offeror Undertakes To Produce The Therapy That Is The Subject Of The Contract For The Entire Duration Of The Contract In The Area Of ​​The Group Of Municipalities (Appendix 4 Northern Finland Cooperation Area Map And Municipalities) To Which The Offer Has Been Given. The Combined Anticipated Value Of The Psychotherapy Purchase In The Northern Finland Cooperation Area During The Entire Contract Period (Including Any Option Years) Without Vat Is 22.7 M€ And The Maximum Value Without Vat Is 33.5 M€.
