Health And Social Work Services – Request For Tender Regarding Speech Therapy For Southwest Finland. The Subject Of The Procurement Is Speech Therapy In Swedish For Southwest Finland Organized By The Folkpensionsanstalten (Hereinafter Fpa) As Demanding Medical Rehabilitation. To The Part Referred To In The Tender Materials As The Term Group Of Municipalities, In The Case Of Southwest Finland, The Entire Procurement Area Is Meant. The Services To Which The Procurement Applies And The Requirements Placed On The Therapy Are Described In The Service Description (Appendix 1, Therapy Within Demanding Medical Rehabilitation, Service Description, Valid From 1.1.2027). The Contract Period Is 1.11.2026–31.12.2028. The Agreement Includes Two One-Year Option Periods For The Period 1.1.2029 – 31.12.2029 And 1.1.2030-31.12.2030. The Therapy Services For The Clients In Accordance With The Agreement Begin On 1.1.2027. Fpa Requests Tenders For Therapy Visits Of 45 Minutes (Price 0, See Appendix 1 Prices And Appendix 2 Explanations To The Prices And Invoicing Instructions To The Draft Contract). The Prices Derived From The Quoted Price For A 45-Minute Therapy Visit And The Other Remuneration Paid For The Service Are Described In Appendix 1 Prices And Appendix 2 Explanations To The Prices And Billing Instructions Of The Draft Agreement. The Therapy Is Carried Out Based On The Clients Needs In The Form Of Face-To-Face Therapy Visits, As A Combination Of Face-To-Face Therapy Visits And Distance Rehabilitation Or As Distance Rehabilitation According To Chapter 5 Of The Service Description (Appendix 1). The Client Must Have Access To Face-To-Face Therapy As Needed. Face-To-Face Therapy Visits Are Carried Out As Home Visits In The Clients Everyday Environment According To The Clients Needs. If The Service Provider Has Access To Business Premises, The Face-To-Face Visits Can Also Be Carried Out In The Business Premises According To The Clients Needs. Distance Rehabilitation Is Carried Out In The Form Of Video Calls. By Submitting A Tender, The Tenderer Undertakes To Provide The Therapy Service As A Face-To-Face Therapy Visit. The Obligation To Provide Face-To-Face Therapy Is With The Service Provider, Not Each Individual Therapist Named In The Agreement. It Is Not Mandatory For The Tenderer To Undertake To Provide The Service As Distance Rehabilitation Or As A Combination Of Face-To-Face Therapy Visits And Distance Rehabilitation. By Submitting A Tender, The Tenderer Undertakes To Provide The Therapy Service To Which The Agreement Applies During The Entire Period Of Validity Of The Contract Within Southwest Finland (Appendix 4 Southwest Finland Map And Municipalities). The Preliminary Total Value Of The Procurement Of Speech Therapy For Southwest Finland For The Entire Validity Period Of The Agreement (Including Any Option Years) Without Vat Is 2.05 Million. € And The Maximum Value Without Vat Is 3.07 Million. € (Appendix 3 Therapy Quantity Procured To The Request For Tender). The Fpa Has Set A Price Ceiling Of Eur 134.00 (Vat 0%) For The Quoted Price For A 45-Minute Therapy Visit (Price 0). The Offered Price Shall Not Include The Additions According To Appendix 1 Prices And Appendix 2 Explanations To The Prices And Invoices
