Health And Social Work Services – Request For Tenders For Equestrian Therapy In The Cooperation Area Of Southern Finland. The Object Of The Procurement Is Finnish-Language Horse-Riding Therapy Organized As A Demanding Medical Rehabilitation For Individual Clients Of The National Pension Service (Later Kela) In The Cooperation Area Of Southern Finland. The Service To Be Procured And The Requirements Regarding The Therapy Are Described In The Service Description In Appendix 1 (Therapies For Demanding Medical Rehabilitation, Service Description, Valid From 1 January 2027). The Contract Period Is 1 November 2026-31 December 2028. The Contract Includes Two One-Year Options For The Period 1.1.2029 - 31.12.2029 And 1.1.2030 - 31.12.2030. Therapies According To The Customers Contract Begin On January 1, 2027. Kela Is Asking For Offers For A 45-Minute Therapy Visit (Price 0, See Annexes 1 Prices And 2 Price Explanations And Invoicing Instructions To The Draft Contract). The Prices Derived From The Price Of The Offered 45-Minute Therapy Visit And The Other Compensations To Be Paid For The Service Are Described In Appendices 1 Prices And 2 Price Explanations And Invoicing Instructions To The Draft Contract. The Therapy Is Carried Out As Face-To-Face Visits To The Customer According To Section 7.5 Locations Of Pool And Riding Therapy In The Service Description, In The Service Providers Own Or Rented Premises Or In Another Location (Other Riding Therapy Premises). By Submitting An Offer, The Provider Undertakes To Produce The Therapy That Is The Subject Of The Contract For The Entire Duration Of The Contract In The Area Of The Group Of Municipalities (Appendix 4 Southern Finland Cooperation Area Map And Municipalities) To Which The Offer Has Been Given. The Combined Anticipated Value Of The Equestrian Therapy Procurement In The Southern Finland Cooperation Area During The Entire Contract Period (Including Any Option Years) Without Vat Is 3.1 M€ And The Maximum Value Without Vat Is 4.5 M€. The Predicted Values And Maximum Values Of The Framework Arrangement For Each Municipality Group During The Entire Contract Period (Including Any Option Years) Are Described In Appendix 3 Quantities To Be Procured.
