Summary Of The Mission: - Step 1: The Holder Will Be Asked To Carry Out A Visual Diagnosis Of The Works During This Step. At The End Of This First Diagnostic Phase, The Holder Will Establish A Prioritization Over 3 To 5 Years. - Step 2: During This Step, The Holder Suggests Additional Investigations To Be Carried Out In Order To Refine His Diagnosis. He Draws Up The Specifications Necessary For These Additional Investigations And Monitors Their Progress. - Step No. 3: The Holder Completes The Diagnosis Established In Step 1 With A Detailed Diagnosis Of The Interior Of The Tanks, Integrates The Results Of Any Additional Investigations Into His Diagnosis And Establishes A Second Prioritization In Order To Retain Programming Over The Next 3 To 5 Years, Consistent With The Estimated Work Envelope Estimated At 4,000,000 Euros Excluding Tax Per Year.
