The Client Must Have Access To Face-To-Face Therapy As Needed. Face-To-Face Therapy Visits Are Carried Out As Home Visits In The Clients Everyday Environment According To The Clients Needs. If The Service Provider Has Access To Business Premises, The Face-To-Face Visits Can Also Be Carried Out In The Business Premises According To The Clients Needs. Distance Rehabilitation Is Carried Out In The Form Of Video Calls. By Submitting A Tender, The Tenderer Undertakes To Provide The Therapy Service As A Face-To-Face Therapy Visit. The Obligation To Provide Face-To-Face Therapy Is With The Service Provider, Not Each Individual Therapist Named In The Agreement. It Is Not Mandatory For The Tenderer To Undertake To Provide The Service As Distance Rehabilitation Or As A Combination Of Face-To-Face Therapy Visits And Distance Rehabilitation. By Submitting A Tender, The Tenderer Undertakes To Provide The Therapy Service To Which The Agreement Applies During The Entire Period Of Validity Of The Contract Within The Group Of Municipalities (Appendix 4 Ostrobothnia And Middle Ostrobothnia Map And Municipalities) For Which The Tender Has Been Submitted. The Preliminary Total Value Of The Procurement Of Occupational Therapy For Ostrobothnia And Middle Ostrobothnia For The Entire Period Of Validity Of The Agreement (Including Any Option Years) Without Vat Is 2.2 Million. € And The Maximum Value Without Vat Is 3.2 Million. €.
