Special-Purpose Motor Vehicles – Delivery Of A Two-Axle Suction And Rinsing Vehicle Intended For Comprehensive Cleaning And Maintenance Of Sanitary Sewage Systems. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Two-Axle Suction And Flushing Vehicle Intended For Comprehensive Cleaning And Maintenance Of Sanitary Sewage Systems, Including Delivery To The Ordering Partys Headquarters, As Well As Its Commissioning And Operation Training. The Contractor Will Provide Theoretical And Practical Training In Vehicle Operation For The Ordering Partys Employees Operating The Equipment, Conducted At The Ordering Partys Headquarters. The Delivered Vehicle Must Be Complete And Meet All The Requirements Referred To In Annex 2 To The Swz And Other Provisions Of The Swz. The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Detail In Annex 2 To The Swz. General Requirements: A) The Vehicle Must Be Brand New, Unused, Technically Efficient, Free From Defects, Manufactured In 2026. B) The Delivered Vehicle Must Meet The Requirements For Driving On Public Roads, Including Technical Conditions Resulting From The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended) And Regulations Implementing Acts To The Act; C) The Vehicle Must Comply With The Regulations In Force In Poland Regarding Environmental Protection And Occupational Health And Safety; D) The Delivered Vehicle Must Have A Warranty For A Minimum Period Of 2 Years. E) The Ordering Party Requires That The Warranty Service Be Mobile, I.E. Traveling To The Ordering Party; F) Servicing The Vehicle To The Extent Specified In The Agreement And Required By The Vehicle Manufacturer During The Warranty Period; G) At The Acceptance Stage, The Ordering Party Requires The Vehicle And Chassis To Be Checked At An Authorized Service Center, Organized By The Contractor And Carried Out At His Expense. The Contractor Will Remove All Defects Arising During The Inspection At His Own Expense; H) The Ordering Party Requires That The Chassis Parameters, I.E. Permissible Total Weight, Engine Power, Power Take-Off, Are Appropriately Adapted To The Capacity Of The Bodys Tank And The Proper Functioning Of The Body; I) Together With The Delivered Vehicle, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With: - Electrical Installation Diagram, - Warranty And Service Book, Technical Inspection Book Along With A List Of Service Points To Be Serviced During The Warranty Period, - All Necessary Documents For Registration Of The Vehicle In Polish, - Documentation Necessary For Admitting The Vehicle To Traffic In Poland, - Vehicle Operating Manual In Polish, - Catalog Of Spare Parts And Operating Manual For The Bodywork In Polish,  Chassis Operating Manual In Polish, J) The Contractor Will Conduct Free Theoretical And Practical Training In The Operation Of The Vehicle At The Ordering Partys Premises For The Ordering Partys Employees Operating The Equipment;
