The Contracting Authority Carries Out Projects Throughout Its Management Area, Where, Among Other Things, Archaeological Research Often Has To Be Carried Out In The Context Of An Environmental Permit Application. This Archaeological Research Varies From Desk Research, Inventory Field Research To All Forms Of Follow-Up Research. The Contracting Authority Outsources This Research To Archaeological Agencies. Because The Contracting Authority Has Many Projects To Carry Out And The Lead Time Of These Projects Is Often Under Pressure, The Contracting Authority Wishes To Collaborate With Contractors In The Field Of Archaeological Services Who Comply With The Requirements In This Tender Guideline. The Contracting Authority Once Again Wishes To Conclude Framework Agreements With A Maximum Of Three (3) Parties That Comply With The Requirements Set Out In The Tender Guidelines And Associated Tender Documents. The Framework Agreements Are Concluded For A Period Of Two (2) Years, With The Option To Extend Once (1) By Two (2) Years. The Intended Effective Date Of The Framework Agreements Is May 1, 2026. All Research Phases Of The Protocols Below Are Part Of The Framework Agreement: Desk Research (Protocol 4002); Inventory Field Research (Protocol 4003) - Including Archaeological Guidance Variant; Excavation (Protocol 4004) - Including Archaeological Guidance Variant
