Hand-Held Electromechanical Tools – Procurement Of Battery- And Electric-Powered Tools For Rescue Operations (Framework Arrangement). In 2026-2027 (2028-2029), The City Of Helsinkis Rescue Service Plans To Acquire Battery- And Electric-Powered Rescue Tools And Supplies For Demanding Professional Fire And Rescue Operations Within The Budget. The Request For Tender Concerns The Framework Arrangement For The Procurement Of Battery- And Electric-Powered Tools And Supplies For The Period 2026-2027 And The Option Period 2028-2029. A Maximum Of Three (3) Independent Suppliers Will Be Selected For The Framework Arrangement Based On The Lowest Price. Only One Of The Bidders Under The Same Y Code Can Be Accepted. In Addition To The Framework Arrangement, This Request For Tenders Concerns The One-Time Procurement Of Hand Tools, Which Will Be Won By The Lowest Priced Tender. In The Future, In The Framework Arrangement, Each Purchase Will Be Lightly Tendered Among The Three Suppliers Selected For The Framework Arrangement (Mini-Tendering). The Lowest Price Tender Will Win The Light Bidding Process, Unless Otherwise Stated In The Light Bidding Request. The Basis Of Overall Economic Efficiency Is The Lowest Price, Unless Otherwise Stated In The Request For Tenders For A Light Tender. The Estimated Vat-Free Value Of The Framework Arrangement For Two (2) Years + Two (2) Option Years Is Approximately 295,000 Euros, Including The One-Time Purchase. This Procurement Contract Has Not Been Divided Into Parts, Because The Division Makes The Implementation Of The Contract Too Difficult Technically And The Division Can Make The Different Parts Of The Procurement Incompatible.
