The Ordering Party Will First Examine And Evaluate The Offers, And Then Subjectively Qualify The Contractor Whose Offer Was Rated The Highest In Terms Of The Lack Of Grounds For Exclusion. 5. The Subject Of The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The National Program For Reconstruction And Increasing Immunity: Strengthening The Diagnostic Potential Of Ucmmit In Gdynia As Part Of The National Cardiology Network - Ok I, Component D Efficiency, Availability And Quality Of The Health Care System Investment D1.1.1 Development And Modernization Of The Infrastructure Of Highly Specialized Care Centers And Other Medical Entities 8. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Apply The Premise Specified In Art. 257 Of The Public Procurement Law, I.E. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Invalidating The Procedure If The Public Funds It Intended To Allocate To Finance This Order Are Not Granted To It.
