From The Acceptable Offers, The Most Economical Supplier Is Selected. The Number Of Hours Indicated In The Request For Tender Are Estimates For The Entire Contract Period (Including Option Years). The Aim Is To Have 2-3 Residential Areas Or Parts Of A Residential Area Maintained. In The Event Of Extensive Storm Damage, Work Can Be Ordered From All Forest Management Operators In The City Of Oulu At The Same Time Across Management Area Boundaries, Depending On The Availability Of Labor And Equipment. The Contract Is Valid For A Fixed Period Until 31 December 2026, After Which It Can Be Extended For One Year At A Time, However, Until 31 December 2029 At The Most.
