The Buildings To Be Renovated Consist Of The Middle School Building, The Historic, Old School Building With A Former Teachers Residence And The Gymnasium With Swimming Pool. The School Campus Is Located In The Center Of The Municipality Of Tutzing, In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Town Hall And Church. The Building Complex Also Includes The Primary School Building, Which Is Not Part Of The Construction Project. The Open Spaces As Break Areas As Well As Parking Spaces For Teaching Staff And The School Bus Were Also Planned. The Cubature Of The Three Buildings Encloses A Volume Of Approx. 24,600 M3 + 1300 M³ (Ice Storage). The Middle School Building Has Been Completely Gutted, The Supporting Structure – Ceilings, Pillars, Beams And Parapet Elements Of The Outer Walls Remain Intact. Due To Fire Protection And The Merger Of Two Schoolyards, The Ground Floor Of The Building Is Moved Away From The Historic Schoolhouse By One Axis. This Creates, Among Other Things, A Covered Playground Area. The Building Will Have A Wooden Facade. On The Ground Floor There Will Be A Cafeteria Area With A Cold Kitchen And Dining Area (Lounge Area Also For All-Day Schools). There Are Currently 154 Students In The Middle School And 256 Students In The Elementary School. There Are Currently 410 Students On The School Campus. Of These, Around 200 Students Will Eat Lunch Together. In Addition To The Cafeteria And Dining Area, A Large Meeting Room Will Be Set Up On The Ground Floor Of The Middle School Building As A Teacher Conference Room. This Large Conference Room Can Also Be Converted Into A Music Room And Exam Room. The Number Of Classrooms Increases From 8 Classrooms To 12 Classrooms Due To The Number Of Students. For This Reason, The Specified Space Requirement Is Exceeded By Approx. 172 M2. Since The Ground Floor Of The Middle School Building Will Be Used As A Cafeteria, Dining Area, Break Area And Conference Area After The Renovation, The Current Administration Rooms Must Be Relocated From The Ground Floor Of The Middle School Building To The Historic, Old School Building. The Listed, Historic, Old School Building Will Be Used For Middle School Use In The Future. The Administrative Complex With Teachers Rooms, Teaching Material Rooms, Secretariat And School Managements Office Is Being Built In The Old School Building. The 2 Large Computer Rooms, The Learning Workshop And The Library Are Also Located There. The Old School Building Is Reached Via The Main Entrance, Facing The Schoolyard, But Also Barrier-Free Via A Bridge To The Middle School Building. The Entire Gym Building Will Be Renovated At A Later Date. The Function Of The Gymnasium Remains On The Ground Floor. The Swimming Pool In The Basement Will Be Converted Into An Ice Storage Facility And Will In Future Serve As An Energy Center Along With Rooms In The Basement Of The Middle School.
