The Object Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Services To The Public Of The National Opera During The Presentation Of Its Artistic Productions And Other Events, And Specifically The Provision Of The Following Services: • Accommodation Services For Spectators, Visitors, Guests, Etc. Upon Their Arrival And Departure From The Els Facilities • Ticketing Services / Public Invitations • Any Other Services Necessary For The Safe And Orderly Movement Of The Public Within The Facilities On The Days When Els Artistic Events Will Take Place. The Services Provided Are Classified Under The Code Of The Common Vocabulary Of Public Contracts (Cpv): 92320000-0 Operating Services Of Artistic Facilities. The Estimated Value Of The Contract Amounts To €495,000.00, Not Including The Relevant 24% Vat (€118,800.00), I.E. A Total Of €613,800.00. An Option Is Also Provided Up To The Amount Of €300,000.00, Not Including The Corresponding Vat Of 24% (€72,000.00), I.E. In The Total Amount Of €372,000.00. The Duration Of The Contract Starts From Its Signature And Ends After Twelve (12) Months. In The Event That The Value Of The Contract Has Not Been Exhausted In Twelve (12) Months From Its Signature, Its Duration Will Automatically Be Extended Until Its Value Is Exhausted. A Detailed Description Of The Physical And Financial Object Of The Contract Is Given In Appendix I Of This Announcement. The Contract Will Be Awarded On The Basis Of The Most Economically Advantageous Offer, Based On Price.
