The Subject Of The Contract Are Forest Management Services As Defined In Art. 6 Section 1 Point 1 Of The Act Of September 28, 1991 On Forests (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 567 - Forest Act), Covering Work In The Field Of Forest Breeding And Protection, Fire Protection, Timber Harvesting And Skidding, Forest Nursery And Maintenance Of Forest Facilities In The Area Of Lzd Siemianice In The Years 2026 - 2027. 2. Scope Of The Subject The Order Includes The Total Amount Of Work In The Field Of Forest Breeding And Protection, Fire Protection, Timber Harvesting And Skidding, Forest Nursery And Maintenance Of Forest Facilities Resulting From Annex No. 3 To The Swz. Material Scopes Are Estimates. 3. Indicated In Section 2 Above, The Estimated Material Scope For 2027 Will Be Presented After The Approval Of The Financial And Economic Plan By The Director Of Lzd Siemianice For 2027. 4. The Description Of The Technology For Performing Individual Forest Works (Activities) Included In The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annexes No. 4A (Description Of Technologies For Performing Individual Forest Works Related To Harvesting And Skidding Of Wood), 4B (Catalogue Of Time Standards For Forest Works Performed In Forest Management In Lzd Siemianice), 4C (Catalogue Of Labor Intensity Of Nursery Works For Zuls In Lzd Siemianice), 4D (Framework Descriptions Of Activities Included In The Standards Of Nursery Work Activities) And 4E (Description Of Technology For The Construction Of New Fences, Maintenance And Divisions Of Old Ones) To Swz. 5. The Description Of The Rules For The Procedure For Accepting Works Is Included In Annex No. 5 To The Swz. 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Services In Accordance With Applicable Legal Provisions. 7. Division Of The Order Into Lots: The Ordering Party Divides The Order Into Parts, Each Of Which Is The Subject Of A Separate Procedure. The Subject Of The Order Is Fencing And Separation Of Forest Crops In The Laski And Unieszów Experimental Forests. 8. The Place Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be The Administrative Area Of The Siemianice Forest Experimental Station.
