The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Construction Of A Concert Hall For The Needs Of The First Degree State Music School. Priest Dr. Józef Surzyński In Kościan - Ul. Karola Kurpińskiego 3. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Material Scope And Requirements Are Described In The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Bills Of Quantities (Supplement/Supplement Of Annex No. 7 To The Swz). It Should Be Noted That The Attached Bills Of Quantities Are Only An Auxiliary Element In Determining The Offer Price. The Quantities Contained Therein Are Not Binding, The Required Scope Of Works Has Been Defined In The Design Documentation. In Accordance With The Terms Of The Contract Template, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Applicable Regulations And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Within The Lump Sum Price. 3. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractors To Carry Out An On-Site Inspection (At Their Own Expense, On Dates Agreed With The Director Of The Facility). 4. The Proceedings In Question Are An Element Of The Project Implemented By The Ordering Party - The Center For Artistic Education In Warsaw. Expansion, Reconstruction And Renovation Of Concert Halls Of Art Schools In Poland - A Project Co-Financed By The Eu Under The European Funds For Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 Program. 5. The Financial Terms Of Settlements Have Been Written Down In The Contract Template. 6. The Ordering Party, Taking Into Account The Requirements Set Out In Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law, Requires, In Relation To The Positions Described In Annex No. 7 To The Swz, To Submit A Declaration (According To The Template Included In Annex No. 9 To The Swz) About The Employment Of Persons In These Positions By The Contractor And Any Subcontractors On The Basis Of An Employment Contract. The Ordering Party May, To The Extent Permitted By Applicable Regulations, Check The Accuracy Of The Submitted Declaration. For This Purpose, It May Request From The Contractor And Subcontractors Information And Documents Confirming The Fact Of Employing The Indicated Persons Under An Employment Contract. Detailed Information On How To Verify Is Included In The Contract. 7. Warranty And Guarantee. A) The Warranty Period For Completed Construction Works And Installed Devices And Materials Is At Least 60 Months. The Minimum Warranty Period For Completed Construction Works And Installed Devices And Materials Is 60 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Protocol. The Extension Of The Warranty Period By The Contractor (Up To 90 Months) Is One Of The Elements Of The Offer Evaluation Criteria, And The Ordering Party Informs That The Method Of Scoring For The Warranty Period Proposed By The Contractor Is Specified In The Further Part Of The Tender Specifications. B) When Granting A Warranty, The Contractor Provides Free Warranty Inspections During The Warranty Period For The Entire Subject Matter Of The Contract, So He Should Include These Costs In The Remuneration.
