Hotel, Restaurant And Retail Trade Services – Public Service Delegation. Call For Applications For The Management And Operation Of The Paris International Stay Centers (Cisp) Kellermann (13Th) And Maurice Ravel (12Th) And The Paris Anim Center (Cpa) Maurice Ravel (12Th). The Services Consist Of The Management And Operation Of The Cisp Kellermann (13Th) And Maurice Ravel (12Th) And The Cpa Maurice Ravel (12Th). The Operation Of The Cisp Must Be Ensured Throughout The Year. The Delegatee Will Provide Short And Medium Stay Accommodation In Order To Promote Social, Educational And Family Tourism. It Will Notably Welcome School Groups And Promote The Discovery Of Paris. Outside Of Periods Dedicated To Welcoming School Groups, It Will Endeavor To Diversify The Audiences Welcomed. The Youth Dimension Of These Facilities Will Be Affirmed In The Specifications, Via Several Axes, Such As The Development Of The Exchange Of Accommodation For Young People With Other French And Foreign Cities Or The Hosting Of Events And Demonstrations For Young Parisians, Or Even The Increase In The Quota Of Places Reserved For The Latter. It Will Set Up A Complete Catering Activity (Breakfasts, Lunches And Dinners) In Spaces Made Available To Guests. In Return For The Use Of The Equipment Granted To It, The Manager Will Pay A Guaranteed Minimum Royalty To The City Of Paris, Accompanied By A Variable Royalty Calculated On Annual Turnover. The Cpa Is A Socio-Cultural Structure Which Offers Leisure, Cultural, Conviviality And Integration Activities For All As Part Of Projects Inspired By The Principles Of Popular Education. The Activities Proposed By The Delegatee May Be Paid Or Free According To The Requirements Of The Specifications. The Delegating Authority And The Delegatee Will Be Required To Comply With The Provisions Of Article L.1224-1 Of The Labor Code Relating To The Transfer Of Employment Contracts In The Event Of A Change Of Employer. The Delegated Management Of These Three Establishments Is Accompanied By Control From The Parisian Community. The Economic Balance Of The Management Contract For The Three Facilities Will Be Ensured Solely By The Managers Own Revenues; No Contribution From The City Of Paris Will Be Paid During The Concession Period.
