The Overall Goal Of The Project Is To Carry Out A Comprehensive Business Analysis, Design, Build And Put Into Operation A Pilot Storage For Tourist Data, Which Will Ensure The Centralized Collection, Processing And Use Of Tourist Information For The Needs Of The Ministry Of Tourism. Within This Goal, The Leading Focus Is The Implementation Of A Single Digital Entry Point For Tourist Information, Through Which The Standardized Entry, Integration And Exchange Of Data Related To Short-Term Rental Accommodation Services Is Carried Out, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Regulation (Eu) 2024/1028. The Achievement Of The General Goal Will Be Realized By Achieving The Following Specific Goals Corresponding To The Activities Planned Under The Project: • Delivery And Implementation Of The Necessary Hardware And System Resources For The Functioning Of The Platform, Including The Components Necessary For The Construction And Operation Of The Single Digital Entry Point For Tourist Information; • Construction Of A Central Repository For Structured And Unstructured Data, Which Would Ensure Centralized Collection, Storage And Processing Of Tourist Information From The Designated Sources; • Building And Maintaining Mechanisms For Receiving, Processing And Aggregating Data Provided By Online Platforms Offering Short-Term Rental Accommodation Services Through The Single Digital Entry Point And In Compliance With The Applicable Regulatory Framework; • Providing The Ability To Create, Visualize And Analyze Reports And Summary Information Based On The Data Available In The Central Repository, To Support The Management, Analytical And Control Functions Of The Ministry Of Tourism; • Enabling Cross-Checks And Data Comparisons Between National Registers And Data Provided By Online Platforms For Short-Term Rental Accommodation, Through The Central Data Repository And The Single Digital Entry Point, In Order To Increase The Quality, Completeness And Credibility Of Tourist Information.
