Work Detail
Architectural, Engineering And Planning Services – Deutsche Bundesbank, Munich Leopoldstrasse Office Building, Construction Project 34.0321, Structural Renovation Of The Underground Car Park, Building Object Planning (Ve 731C), Service Phases 3 And 5 To 8. A Repair Concept For The Entire Project Was Created From The Findings Collected. A Comprehensive Renovation Of The Underground Car Park Is Necessary. The Aim Of The Construction Project Is To Repair The Damaged Building Structure In Accordance With The Currently Valid Technical Regulations. Regulations To Ensure The Stability Of The Affected Parts Of The Service Building As Well As Restoring The Usability Of The Underground Car Park For Unrestricted And Functional Use. As Part Of The Repair Measure, The Existing Steel Fiber Concrete With A Rigid Coating Is To Be Demolished Over The Entire Surface And Replaced With A New Mastic Asphalt Covering On A Bituminous Seal. In Order To Carry Out The Necessary Repair Work, The Damaged Reinforced Concrete Components Must Be Made Accessible. Depending On The Location Of These Components And The Scope Of These Measures, This Also Affects Components Of The Existing Technical Equipment Within The Underground Car Park, Which Must Be Protected, Dismantled Or Demolished And Then Reassembled Or Partially Or Completely Replaced By New Components After The Building Construction Measures Have Been Completed. The Respective Procedures Depend On Several Factors. Components In The Underground Car Park That Are Used To Supply Or Dispose Of The Underground Car Park Itself Must Be Protected From Damage Or Dismantled Using Suitable Measures. If Reassembly Of These Components Is Judged To Be Uneconomical, They Must Be Disposed Of And Replaced With New Components. The Same Applies To All Components Of Old Systems That Are To Be Dismantled, Whose Planned Technical Service Life Has Already Been Exceeded, As Well As For All Components Of Old Systems That Are Already Demolished Due To Repair Work In Building Construction And Therefore Must Be Replaced. It Must Be Possible To Maintain Service Operations During The Construction Work. This Is A Priority. If This Is Not Possible, Temporary Measures Must Be Taken. This Applies, Among Other Things, Existing Sprinkler Lines, Sanitary Installation Lines, Heating Lines, Compressed Air Lines And Ventilation Ducts As Well As Cable Routes For The Fire Alarm, Security Lighting, Building Automation And Video Surveillance Systems, Etc. The Planned Construction Project Can Only Be Implemented During Ongoing Operations. Each Construction Phase Is Divided Into Several Scheduled Construction Phases. However, A Complete Closure Of The 2Nd And 3Rd Basement Floors Of The Underground Car Park Will Be Accepted For As Short A Period As Possible. The Originally Existing Steel Fiber Concrete With A Rigid Coating Will Not Be Restored. A Mastic Asphalt Covering On Bituminous Waterproofing Is Planned As The New Surface Covering. The Sealing Of Rising Components Is Carried Out Using Liquid Sealing. All Ceilings In Ug1 And Ug2 That Were Previously Insulated On The Underside Will Receive New Ceiling Insulation Made Of Wood Wool Multi-Layer Panels. All Installations Of The Technical Equipment Will Then Be Restored.
