Expression of Interest for Consultancy Services for Road Safety The Abia State Ministry of Works and Abia State Integrated Infrastructure Development Project (ABSIIDP) now invites eligible consulting firms to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested consultants must provide the following information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services 1. Consultants registration certificate (brochures and company profile) 2. Description of similar assignments with evidence of award (letter of award and/or contract agreement) 3. Brief description of experience in similar conditions. 4. Availability of appropriate skills among staff. (Road safety engineer Team leader, Highway engineer, Road safety enforcement officer, sociologist) 5. Evidence of working in similar regional work experience in similar fields (within Nigeria and/or Sub-Saharan Africa) 6. Consultants may constitute joint ventures of not more than three parties to enhance their chances of qualification.
