This assignment forms a key component of QRCSs commitment to improving economic resilience and enabling sustainable income-generation among conflict- and poverty-affected families. Background QRCS is a humanitarian organization established in 1978 and operating in more than 17 countries worldwide. In Somalia, QRCS has been implementing relief, recovery and resilience programs since 2006 in the sectors of Health, WASH, Food Security, and Livelihoods. Under its 2025 livelihood support initiative, QRCS will provide small business start-up kits and commercial commodities to 122 selected beneficiary Person. To ensure sustainability and self-reliance, QRCS seeks a qualified service provider to deliver a three-day Small Business Management Training in each target location.
